Newly remodeled duplex in the super convenience Monrovia, Los Angeles. This Unit #A is a cute, relaxing three bedrooms Monrovia bungalow with a large yard. Walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and Trader Joe's. A quick trip to Pasadena, Highland Park, Burbank, and downtown Los Angeles. Space is clean, comfortable, spacious, and private.
Wifi, AC and heat provided, and furnished kitchen. Street parking in front of the house is available for free all day.

Welcome to our centrally located Monrovia House!

Please note: The building itself is old, as is common with many properties in Los Angeles County. However, we've updated the interior with new modern furniture to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Our apartment comes with cookware, bath towels, shower shampoo lotions, and all the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay.

We kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM, Parties are not allowed, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 PM.
