Vibrant neighbourhood

Guests say this area is walkable with lots to explore, especially for dining out.
Great vacation feel to this experience. Close to everything that represents our Island; beach, food, music, views, old city just a few miles away. Enjoy views from your private terrace of city life and the rainforest or just a spiral staircase up, enjoy a beautiful terrace with ocean view, chaise long, bbq or just relax with a book and glass of wine.

The space
This is a one bedroom apartment best for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Bathroom is small but cute and functional.
It’s a fourth floor stair access only so we suggest pack light.
There is a great private terrace right outside the living room and kitchen door. Has a breakfast table with two chairs and a view of the street. You can also see the rainforest from this terrace.
Above is a common terrace that has a few tables and seating areas. You can enjoy a sun rise or sunsets while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Perfect for a sun bathe or book reading. It’s breezy and there is an ocean view.
We have a BBQ and cooler if you want to have a gathering with friends or neighbors.
A real down to earth easy going place.

Guest access
Each apartment has a porch or a terrace. All share an additional terrace on the top floor.
Laundry is available in the mezzanine from 9 am to 9 pm and a volunteer $5 dollar per complete wash and dry service is suggested. You may purchase your own liquid detergent and there will be a locked drop box for the money.

Other things to note
We have two Airbnb units, 4 long term tenants and 1 commercial floor. We try to enforce community awareness and respect. Common sense is the only requirement for a comfortable and harmonious experience.

All adults, all diligent and orderly.
