Tolly Cottage is a modern property built in 2017 and situated in a quiet area of Herston with easy access to Swanage town and the blue flag beach.
The cottage is light, airy and very comfortable. It has a pleasing kitchen/dining area with french doors leading to private patio and lawn, together with 2 beds, family bathroom, downstairs loo, sitting room and private parking for 2 cars.
Fully equipped with modern amenities, it is an ideal base from which to explore Swanage and the Purbecks.

Other things to note
My husband stays at the property Tue and Wed nights ( using a separate 3rd bedroom), there could be some items of his in the kitchen cupboards.

My husband and I bought the house in 2017 as he had to work in the area. Now Dave is only there 2 nights a week so we felt it was a great opportunity to share our house with others as we love being in and around Swanage and Dorset.
