quiet villa area. Very close to Otra where it is possible to walk along the river. near E 39 and close to By core. Located on Lund near the university 2 km, hospital 2 km , ferry terminal to Denmark 2 km, 10 km to the Zoo . Only 10 min walk to Kvadraturen ,Aquarama, the city beach. Close to new hallway bridge over the Otra ( quart bridge) river promenade to the City. Walkway and Bicycle path to the city safely and secure to walk. 500 meters from Lund square and the charming Rådshuskafe at the old Lund bridge. There are buses to all over town and airport bus.
