All the privacy and security in a very special place in Guaratuba, the house is well located, 600 meters from the sea, a quiet street near the best market in Guaratuba (Bavaresco), gas stations and bakeries, on the street of one of the most traditional steakhouses in the city (Esmanioto Grill). Easy access to downtown either by Av. Beira-mar or Av. Paraná. Anyway, the house is alone on the property and has ample space for cars, is well ventilated and in a quiet neighborhood.
