Between 2 marinas, Shelter Cove is a rancher with an in-ground pool (open May 1- October 14)
Spend time on the North East River or exploring the local shops museums and wineries. You can unwind beside the cozy fireplace in the DR, or sit out on the deck. Each of the 3 BRs has a full bath, TV, & individual climate control for your comfort. There is room to park your boat, or dock it in the slip provided at the marina down the road.

The space
This raised rancher-style house requires use of stairs to gain entry. The one-level interior is bright and inviting. The hardwood floors are throughout the home giving it a warm feel. There is Central Air conditioning in the common areas and each BR has individual climate control. Washer & dryer are available. Linens and basic amenities are included such as towels, sheets, paper towels, dish soap, and an initial amount of toilet paper. Wifi is available. There are 2 security cameras on the property- they can not view the interior of the home. The basement and supply closet are locked and off limits to guests.

There is a 18'-23' boat slip provided at the marina down the road, and ramp fees are included.

Outside: There is a nice sized yard on both sides of the home. The deck is large with enough room and seating to have your own space.
There is a large in-ground pool that goes from 3’ - 9’ deep. The pool is open and heated May 1 through October 14. The pool has a UV treatment system for additional cleanliness.
The breathtaking sunsets over the North East river can be viewed from the upper deck & lower decks at the rear of the house. There is a picnic table for crab feasts. While making dinner on propane grill (not available in the winter), you can enjoy some yard games with your friends/family.

Kitchen
Bright spacious kitchen with an island offers a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & is fully equipped with utensils, dishware, & pots & pans. A Keurig coffee maker and a variety of teas with all the fixings are provided. Trash bags and cans are provided.

Dining Room
With a large dining room table at one end and a fireplace with club seating at the other, this is a warm room to relax in & watch the 65” TV while viewing the stunning sunsets over the North East river.

Den
Warm and cozy with leather sofas and a 55” TV. Games and puzzles can be found in the sideboard for your enjoyment.

Master BR
The huge king bed invites you to jump in and watch the 65” TV after a long day of activities. A writing nook with desk provides a cozy space to write a note. The master bath boasts a roomy shower for two and a heated floor.

Middle BR
This serene room decorated in muted blues has a queen bed where you can relax while watching the 45” TV. A desk gives you a place to work or write a letter. The marble floored bathroom has a roomy, custom shower.

Corner BR: The bright colors in this room will brighten any day. There are twin beds that can be joined together to create a very comfortable king-sized bed from which you can watch the 45” TV. The bathroom is bright & roomy and has a tub with shower.

Quaint shopping and great restaurants are a short 3 mile drive into the town of North East. There are vineyards nearby. Elk Neck State park offers hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfront camping, lighthouse, boat ramp, public beach, spectacular cliffside water views and is only a short drive. We are conveniently located right off of I-95 between Philadelphia & Baltimore (an hour drive north & south). Washington DC is also easily accessible 2 hours south of us. Historic Havre de Grace is just across the bay and can be easily accessed by boat or a 15 minute drive with lots of restaurants, lighthouse, walking tours, museums and shopping.
