Beautiful main floor 1500 sq ft air conditioned condo overlooking ocean and pool. Condo is in a gated community with 24/7 security. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos and grocery stores. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances as well as coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and microwave. Unit includes tv, washer/dryer, iron, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted into 2 twin xl's.

Have been travelling to St. Maarten for 20 years. We love the Cupecoy area as it is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, Mullet Beach and Maho. We feel the view from Rainbow Beach Club is one of the best on the island.
