I like to keep my apartment clean, clutter free, and provide a space where you can unwind from the bustle of the city. There are also two room dividers that you may choose to use for additional privacy. The apartment is warm in the winter and cool in the summer for a comfortable night's sleep.
I provide: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, and toiletries such as shampoo and soap. There's a fully stocked kitchen and space in the fridge reserved for your perishable items.
My home is a no-shoes place, quiet, clean and neat, with great easy energy.
Apartment is on the second floor of a pre-war building one block from the Hudson River in Hamilton Heights. New elevator, or easy one flight of steps up to the apartment.

I will be in the apartment as well during your stay - this is a share :) No others are allowed in the apartment - only the host (in bedroom) and 1 guest (in living room with dividers).
I moved a TON as a kid, both internationally and around the US - comparable to an 'army brat' but actually just the daughter of one of those nomadic international chemists you meet. As a result, travel is in my blood, and I think getting around to explore and experience is one of the finest things we can do. I wanted to live in NYC ever since I was a little kid, and 3 years ago I finally moved to Manhattan. I still think it's the greatest city on Earth, and I'm happy to provide a 'home' to call your own while you're here.
I'm an indie filmmaker - actor/writer/director/producer, usually working on more than one project at a time, plus a day job at an acting studio. Very happy to host fellow artists, students, and business travelers.
