Holiday Home Epworth is a large 6 bedroom Modern detached family home facing breath taking fields. The property is set in the peaceful historic town of Epworth (Home of the Wesley's).
Epworth is surrounded by attractive countryside with interesting walks and nature reserves. Cycling is popular and numerous fishing opportunities are within a short driving distance. A visit to the Historic sights is also highly recommended.
The space
Holiday Home Epworth is a large 6 bed detached property offering comfortable accommodation for small and large groups.
The front driveway offers parking for at least three cars and a further grassed area for more parking.
The house has a large lounge with ample space for entertaining a large group , there is also an electric piano. Leading from the lounge is a garden room which has further seating and a TV which has freeview channels. The Garden room has double doors which lead out to an enclosed garden. The garden is grassed and also includes a patio area with comfortable rattan furniture and a bbq grill stand .
In addition, on the ground floor, there is a large hallway with space under the stairs to hang coats, there is a downstairs cloak room, a large dining table and a separate fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility. This is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and fridge. The utility is fully kitted with a sink, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The staircase leads to the first floor which has 4 bedrooms, each with its own storage. The main bathroom is situated at the top of the landing. This offers a standing bath tub, a rain shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom is on this floor and it has an ensuite which has a power modern rain shower, toilet and sink. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom on this floor.
Off the first floor landing there is a further stair case which leads to two large bedrooms one which is a king sized bedroom with an ensuite comprising of electric shower, toilet and sink. The other is a double bedroom , both have their own storage
