A spacious apartment in the most exclusive area of Playa del Carmen PLAYACAR PHASE 1, a totally jungle environment, 24-hour private security, excellent location, just a few steps from 5th Avenue, the beach, archaeological zone, shops, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, very close to the tour and ferry departure point to Cozumel. The space
Very spacious with very easy access and 24-hour private security, it has high-speed 450-mega fiber optic internet. Two large bedrooms with full bathrooms, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for 8 people, the living room is large and comfortable. We have TV in the living room and bedrooms. We have a large and comfortable terrace equipped with a barbecue grill. It has a laundry area with a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is an OXXO store a 1-minute walk away and large supermarkets just 2 blocks away. The condo has towels, chairs, and beach umbrellas that you can comfortably take.
