Discovery Bay is a resort-like residential area on Lantau Island, only 30 minutes from HK. This is a lovely bright and sunny 1 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of mountains and beach. There is a direct bus outside the building to HK international airport which takes 25 minutes and a direct ferry to HK. Bus to shops every few mins.
Great walks in the hills and a 15 minute stroll along the beach to DB plaza which has many bars and restaurants.
The space
The bedroom is extremely bright with fantastic views. There are blackout curtains and sheer curtains for sun shade. There is an A/C. There is a comfortable queen size bed with 2 sets of bedding, 2 bedside drawers and a double wardrobe. There is a hair dryer for your use.
The bathroom is compact and modern with large rain shower and heated towel rails.
The kitchen is very well equipped with full sized oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and Nutrabullet. Full set of crockery, cutlery and glassware including cooking pans and utensils.
In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer with a clothes hanging rail, iron and ironing board and cordless vacuum cleaner.
The living room is extremely bright and comfortable with a large sofa. The 50” tv has Netflix and NOW tv channels with Sports, News and many entertainment channels. There are fantastic sea and mountain views from all windows, you can sit in bed in the morning watching the sun rise over the ocean with a fresh cup of coffee from your Nespresso machine.
The breakfast bar seats 4 people and is equipped with wine glasses and dinner service.
