This delightful 19th century Grade II listed, terraced cottage in the heart of the Georgian market town of Farnham has been refurbished to a high standard. It is situated on a much admired and photographed cobbled street.
From its relaxed seating area and fully equipped kitchen, to its sumptuous king-size bed and its large walk-in shower, the cottage offers comfort and convenience with a very high standard of cleanliness.
Outside, enjoy a small, pretty, sun trap of a patio.

The space
The contemporary ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, 3.5kg washing machine, electric cooker with 4-ring hob, oven and grille, extract and microwave) as well as dining and living areas with TV and Wi-Fi. There is a wet-room with shower, basin, toilet, mirror and heated towel rail.
A steep staircase leads to a comfortable main bedroom ,dressing/single bedroom and toilet. Outside a small patio.
