The Ivy is a brand-new luxurious apartment complex located just behind the lively Lagos Avenue in East Legon. Facilities include a top-floor gym overlooking Legon, a pool deck with Jacuzzi, parking facilities, 24/7 guards. WiFi is unlimited and fast and excellent for professional use. The 1-bedroom apartment is quiet, modern and light and suitable for 1 or 2 guests. Excellent restaurants and bars are at walking distance and our Airbnb is the closest you can get to the University of Ghana.

The space
This is a spaceous 1-bedroom apartment and NOT a studio. We bought a very comfy IKEA box spring bed and sofa. There is an eating corner with two chairs. The TV has Netflix and WiFi is fast and unlimited: ideal for professional use, inlcude MS Teams, Zoom, etc., etc. Sliding doors give access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and it has electric cooking, micro wave, blender, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a lovely shower with hot water and high pressure.
You will have (free) access to the compound's facilities include a pool deck with jacuzzi while you can do your exercises in the top-floor gym overlooking Legon. For those arriving by car, there is free guarded parking space avaialble on the premise.

East Legon is an upcoming fancy neighbourhood in Accra. It is dotted with lovely restaurants (including authentic Thai food for the lovers) and fancy bars around ANC Mall. The famous 'Chez Afrique' is at walking distance around the corner and is great for some local food, live music during the weekend, and you can join the dancing crowd if you wish. It's far enough not to disturb your night. The Ivy is at a quiet spot.
You can also walk to Lagos Avenue, one of the liveliest streets in East Legon. Have a tilapia and a drink!
A SPAR supermarket, restaurants and several banks with ATM are also found within walking distance at Lagos Avenue.
