Hey there. This is my father's apartment (he's out of the country for most of the time). It's a spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a modern building with a large living room, a cozy balcony with a great view, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. The street is very quiet but is also quite close (4 minute walk) to Barekamutyun metro station as well as the public transport stop.
