The pool is an over-sized 30' long saltwater gem!!! Perfect for laps, for lounging in, for kids, for everyone, room for plenty…HEATED in the chilly months!
We have poolside loungers for sunbathing and/or kicking back and unwinding.
We also have plenty of pool toys, for the little and big kids, adults, included!
Dining poolside? Our BBQ is ready!
Staying in? No problem!
We have a well-appointed and fully equipped kitchen, boasting everything you could possibly need, so kick back, and relax knowing you can enjoy the home any day or eve, should you decide to relax & chill at the house…make some delicious frozen margaritas, enjoy them poolside…living the dream!
Location and neighborhood are everything - which is why this home is so incredible - fantastic neighborhood, bordering on all, or a quick few minutes drive to all, it couldn't get any better!

Other things to note
We are proud to boast that Airbnb awarded us with “Amazing Pools” category!! Our saltwater pool is gorgeous, HEATED, and oversized at over 30 ft long! There are pool toys as well as a pump provided for our guests in the outdoor shed, just few feet away from the pool.
And only a quick few minutes away, (2.9 miles!!!) are stunning Ft Lauderdale beaches.
On street parking is a breeze (for the nearest beach entry), & if you load the parking app, you never have to leave the beach to feed the meter!
Many of the restaurants facing the beach offer outdoor happy hours on their outside decks.
Prices are excellent (for all the happy hours), & they welcome families, & everybody goes in beach attire.
Want a relaxing view dockside, while boats pull right up & join you? Outdoor Happy Hour at Shooters on the intracoastal waterway is breezy & beautifully set up to accommodate the most relaxing part of the day-sunset!!! And the best part, it is about 5 minutes from the property!!
The drinks are ALL half price, happy hour menu is delicious-w/ fresh seafood, flatbreads, etc., something for everyone, in the most beautiful outdoor setting on the water...living the dream!!
Our property is very close to Ft Lauderdale International Airport, it is only 6.3 miles, if you travel by highway US 1, or 10.3 miles, if by E Sunrise Blvd.
We have 2 dedicated parking areas on the property, that can fit a total of 4 vehicles (unless they are oversized SUVs), which will take away any stress of driving around trying to find street parking!
We are also equipped with a high chair, PacknPlay, & toys & books for children of all ages, as well as games for big kids and adults!
Our property is FULLY licensed & inspected & we are proud to say, it is a legal functioning Airbnb, managed by a top-notch property manager...your little slice of heaven is right here!

Neighbourhood highlights

Highly desirable, Pionsettia Heights is the upscale, beautifully manicured neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale, where everyone is out and about, walking every morning and evening, pleasant, peaceful, and welcoming!
Conveniently close to everything - shops, downtown, supermarkets, restaurants, and of course, the beaches, this neighborhood is in top demand!
Some other very convenient and desirable features of this neighborhood is that it also borders on fun Wilton Manors, (which is also very LGBTQ-friendly), where there are many choices in dining and cute shops as well (please grab a sweet treat from the local Dairy Queen, the owner is lovely, and has embraced this community for many years!!)!!
Just a quick 10-12 minute drive brings you to yet another fantastic little beach neighborhood called "Lauderdale by the Sea", which we highly recommend visiting, especially with young ones. The parking is easy, beach access is also easy, and quite a few little souvenir shops and casual "beachy" restaurants both on or across from the beach! And a must is Kilwin's ice cream and fudge shop. OMG. They have 2 locations, one in Lauderdale by the Sea, & one downtown on Las Olas, we are obsessed!!
Looking to stroll another beautiful neighborhood? Try strolling through the stunning Victoria Park, which is right next to downtown…a lovely dinner, a delicious dessert from KILWIN’S ice cream shop, a lovely stroll after, a perfect evening!!

Florida, and have been very familiar with it, as Ive grown up traveling here from NYC, for many years! It is incredibly beautiful, from the warm tropical beaches, to upscale shopping, to the amazing restaurants (that continue to grow)!!! I have no doubts that you will enjoy not only my property, but all the surrounding areas...the beaches are magnificent, and weather is so inviting... My house has been a labor of love, and I am thrilled to share it with all my vacationing guests!!
