You have the option of staying in a large, luxurious bedroom. You will have a
comfortable double bed, a study desk, a wardrobe and a chest
of draws to put your clothes and belongings in. You will have
your own en-suite, private bathroom. Additionally, you will
have your own mini kitchen with a cooker and a fridge.
Alternatively, you also have the option of staying in a smaller bedroom with a single bed. This bedroom has a large wardrobe and a desk.

The space
Our house is always kept clean and tidy. A cleaner comes once per week. We always clean up after ourselves.

I work at home. I will be available to help you most of the time.
We have two small dogs called Anton and Archie.

Their movement is restricted to one room in the house, so if you do not like dogs you can easily avoid them.

Myself and my friend Andrew (who also lives in the property) are very friendly, helpful, sociable and approachable people.
I am from London and Andrew is from Hull. We both love meeting people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds.

I have lived abroad in South America and France. I can
speak Spanish, French and Portuguese. Andrew has lived in China and Korea. He speaks some Mandarin. We both are
passionate about learning languages and meeting people from different cultures.

Guest access
All areas are accessible for guests. This includes the use of our back garden, shared bathroom, downstairs kitchen, living room (where our dogs are kept ) and front reception room.

Other things to note
If you come in a car, parking is incredibly easy and convenient. There are always spaces near the house .

If, however, you prefer to use public transportation, Heaton Park Tram stop is only a 5 minute walk from our house. It only takes 15 minutes to get into Manchester City Centre.

We live very close to Heaton Park. It is the biggest park in Manchester and the largest municipal park in Europe. It has a Grade I listed, 18th-century country house called Heaton Hall, playgrounds and a farm. It is home to the Manchester Beekeepers Association. Oasis and The Stone Roses have played concerts in the park. It also has the only flat bowling greens in Manchester - which were built for the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
