The apartment will reserve its surprises: on the top floor with ceiling height, you will be amazed by its volumes. The calm will ensure quiet mornings, while enjoying the 🥐 croissants of the bakery from below.

The space
The apartment is conveniently located sinceit is in the heart of the vibrant university district, near the banks of the Rhone. In front of the peninsula, everything is very easily accessible on foot or by public transport (trams T1-T2; metro D and B; bus).
On the 6th and top floor with an elevator, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located under the rooftops, it is made up of Velux which brings it a lot of brightness.

It consists of an open plan kitchen on a living room with a corner sofa. In this living room a table sleeps 6-10 people.
The living room with the corner sofa, the armchair (or even the hammock!) allow convivial and warm moments.

There is a double bedroom with a view of the Basilica of Fourvière and a click-clac in the living room.
The bathroom includes a shower with a sliding door.

In summer, with the high heat we warn our hosts that the temperature in the apartment can rise!!
We have 2 important fans and 1 air cooler. If there is no air conditioning it is due to ecological awareness, hence rates also lower in summer.

It's a 5-minute winter/summer 🏊swimming pool, which is not chlorine-treated. It is also open to the outside, guaranteed sensations!

This neighborhood is central. From a geographical point of view it is possible to do almost anything on foot.
From a mobility point of view, it is well served, both for tourist places and for access by car or train stations.
