The space
Easy access ground floor apartment. It is well appointed and centrally located in Pagrati, next to Kolonaki and close to the Hilton Hotel.
One bedroom with a queen size bed and a double sofa bed. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.
Separate bathroom with shower and washer drier.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Nespresso for your morning cappuccino, latte, flat white or long black.
Sunny and bright very cozy and centrally located.
Other things to note
Greece Tax regulations have changed from 1 January 2024 and we are obligated to collect the following taxes by the Greek Authorities.
Daily Climate Crisis charge
Charged at a daily rate in addition to your rent.
Athens Municipality tax
0.5% of total rental

In Greece there is a law which requires the following Information required from all guests - no matter if they are just tourists or on business travel - for all short stay lodgings such as hotels, guest houses, camping grounds, holiday apartments and also rooms inside private homes:
- full last name and first name
- nationality
- passport number
- Valid Vat Number (Only for Greek Citizen )
A copy of the passport will be made by the host or his representative. The host has an obligation to verify the passport and to check the number with the original document. After one year, all this information has to be shredded.
