If you book this property, you and your guests are using the pool at your own risk and you MUST FOLLOW SAFETY guidelines like mentioned hereafter but not limited to: Never swim alone, supervise children at all time, do not use alcohol or glass containers in or around the pool, no rough play or diving, use handlebar and stairs to enter/exit pool, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sun and so on. Life ring is on the wall right next to the pool. Pool is 3' to 6’ deep. No pool fence. By booking this property you assume all the risks related to the use of the pool. We assume no responsibility.

There is a one time pet fee (it is per stay not per pet). If you have a pet, please inquire with us prior to booking. There are desert thorny plants in the yard etc and want to make sure you are aware.

We moved to Phoenix several years ago after spending over a decade in Pacific NW (Portland) and Bay Area in California. My wife and I roamed a lot all around NW and SW, doing extensive traveling using our vintage motor home, long weekend escapes as well as ‘overland’ adventures. Since we moved here we spent lots of time exploring all what SW has to offer, from Baja California to Colorado to Northern California, Nevada, Beautiful South Utah and of course Arizona. Magical locations that can keep you busy for many lifetimes. We settled in Phoenix as it is a great hub for our adventures while it matches our current lifestyle. Becoming Airbnb hosts was a coincidence that turned out to be something we enjoy doing. We believe vacation and time off are precious and we try to offer our guests the best we can so they have a wonderful stay.
