The apartment is located in the residential area of Monteverde, knownon and wanted by all Romans, very connected to the center of Rome with the underground stop (tram 8), which in 15 minutes takes you to Trastevere, the heart of Roman nightlife and 30 minutes takes you to Piazza Venezia / Colosseo / Fori Imperiali heart of ancient Rome. wi-fi, air-conditioning and central heating. private road closed by a barrier for access to residents with parking free.
The flat is located in a peaceful area five minutes walking distance to Villa Doria Pamphili the largest public park in rome and a few minutes by Trastevere area, our cozy flat offers all the comforts for a fantastic stay in the Eternal City. The flat is located at the second floor of a small building and it's accessible through a stairway. There is no elevator.
We have recently remodeled and refurbished with new furniture's and appliances.
The flat features wooden floor throughout, a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed (on request, at the time of booking), bed table, dresser and a large closet, bathroom with shower and laundry machine, an open plan kitchen/living area with a confortable double sofa bed, that can accommodate 2 extra people, and dining table with four chairs. The living room door window opens onto a small balcony overlooking a private garden.
The flat has Wi-Fi Internet connection, television, heaters and conditioner air.
If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups and silverware) fridge with freezer, stove, gas oven, microwave oven, kettle, blender, two coffee makers (Italian moka and American coffee machine), toaster and several cook books on traditional Roman recipes!
We provide bed linen and towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Interaction with guests
At your arrival and your departure, we will assist and support you in any need and necessity you might have, and why not ... we will to give you some good advice on how to live and move in the city.
The district offers a wide range of restaurants and bars, many grocery stores, ice cream (my favorite is Tony, a must try is the ice cream of brown), several banks, a post office, clothing stores and shoes.
Open-air markets are available in the area on weekdays and weekends. Every Sunday morning, the famous flea market of Porta Portese / Trastevere (a must for any visitor to Rome) is 15 minutes away by train line 8.
Two minutes away from the apartment is "Janiculum Rome Country Club" where you will find a tennis court, soccer field with synthetic grass, swimming pool, relaxation area, sauna and gym, and increasingly in the area is the famous public park Villa Doria Pamphili.
Transit and public transportation
The area where the flat is located offers easy access to public transportation:
- The overground (line n.8) (layover is located a few minutes walking distance) takes you to Trastevere in 15 minutes (Roman Movida, Portaportese Market, typical Roman restaurants, train station From/to the Airport Leonardo da Vinci), and in 30 minutes arrives to Piazza Venezia and Rome historical downtown area (Colosseo, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, and Via del Corso, world-famous Roman shopping area).
- The bus (Line 31- a short walking distance) takes you to line “A" metro station (cipro/piazzale degli eroi), which is just 10 minutes from the San Peter-Vatican and Prati area (restaurants and shopping).
- The bus Line “H" (same distance than line 31) takes you directly to Termini train station, in about 40-50 minutes.
- Our flat is located only half an hour away from Fiumicino Airport (FCO), which can be reached by train (closer train station is Trastevere) or by taxi. We also provide a cheap and efficient rental car with driver service, to and from Fiumicino airport (FCO)- Termini train station and to/from any other destination that you might want to reach.

Check in and check out
During the weekend check-in and check-out free . During the week check- in and check -out will be made in the morning before 10 am or from 5 pm to 9 pm. For check-in after 21.00 (9 pm) will be a surcharge of 10 euro one-off.
A supplemantal charge of € 15/night is applied for extra guests after the first two.
A supplemantal charge of € 35 is applied for the final cleaning

The flat is located inside a building then we invite you to use a general common sense. Loud noises are not allowed (high volume radio / TV blaring, etc.) from 2.00 to 4.00 pm and from 10.30 pm onwards.
Pets are not allowed.
It's absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the unit but you might smoke on the balcony. Please be considerate with heater and electricity: remember to turn them off before leaving the flat.
Please avoid to party, use illicit drugs and heavy drinking inside the unit
and it is absolutely forbidden to bring outsiders inside the apartment .
Other than that... Just be respectful of your neighbors and everything will be great!

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un edificio, quindi vi invitiamo a tenere un comportamento adeguato . Forti rumori non sono ammessi ( alto volume radio / TV , ecc ) dalle 14.00 alle 16,00 e dalle 22:30 in poi . Non sono ammessi animali.
E ' assolutamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento, ma si può fumare sul balcone . Si prega di fare attenzione al riscaldamento ed all'elettricità: ricordatevi di spegnerli sempre prima di lasciare l'appartamento .
Si prega di evitare feste. E' assolutamente vietato l'uso di droghe e bere pesante all'interno dell'appartamento ed è assolutamente vietato portare estranei all'interno dell'appartamento .

Elisabetta è una grande amante degli animali, ed in particolare dei gatti! ama leggere romanzi che parlano di paesi lontani e ama preparare dolci, di cui è golosissima e non è escluso che qualche ospite fortunato possa trovare, al suo arrivo, un buonissimo ciambellone fatto in casa! Ama l'arte e visitare le mostre di pittura, che fortunatamente, vivendo a Roma, non mancano mai. Saverio, molto più "posato", è appassionato di giardinaggio e bricolage e fa sempre qualche lavoretto per casa. E' un grande amante della storia in particolare della sua adorata città, Roma, che visita giornalmente. Siamo pronti ad aprire la nostra piccola casetta ai nostri nuovi ospiti.
