A cozy large room. Located in safe quiet community. Entire space is newly constructed including kitchen stove, fridge, bathroom, closet etc. Full access to kitchen/ laundry. Guests enter house from separate entrance. This place is extremely clean, safe and quiet. Bedding provided. Close to Unionville, lots of events, lots of family-friendly parks, hikes, and trails nearby. Close to public transport and major freeways

Guests will have their own private bedroom located in the walk-out basement level of the house. The room is lockable and comfortable—perfect for rest and relaxation.

Private bedroom with a comfortable bed, desk, and closet space

Shared bathroom (located in the basement and shared with one other guest or family member, if applicable)

Shared common area in the basement with a table

Shared kitchen (microwave, fridge and stove etc) with other guest and family member

The basement has a separate entrance through the side of the house for added convenience and privacy.

Laundry access available for longer stays (please ask in advance) between weekday 7pm - 10pm. weekends 10am - 10pm
