Welcome to our unique and charming apartments located in the heart of Vienna!

Our building was designed by the renowned architect Franz Gessner and constructed between 1936 and 1937. This historical building is closely tied to the rich cultural heritage of Vienna, specifically Mozart’s famous opera "The Magic Flute" (Die Zauberflöte), which premiered at the nearby Freihaustheater auf der Wieden in 1791.

We place a high value on preserving the original character and charm of our property. Unlike modern hotels, our apartments are maintained in a boutique hotel style, emphasizing authenticity and historical integrity. This includes retaining the original wooden floors, which might creak as you walk on them – a small but charming reminder of the building’s history that adds to the unique experience of staying with us.

Situated in the heart of Vienna the apartment is completely overlooking into a side street, therefore it is very quiet, despite being in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city centre.

There is a separate dining room with a dining table and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator will give you the possibility to cook while your stay.

Excellent public transport connection: Station "Karlsplatz" with underground line U1, U2 and U4 is only 4 min walk away.
With line U1 you just need one stop to "Stephansplatz" where you find the famous St. Stephans Cathedral and the center of the old town. With line U4 you get directly to "Schönbrunn" or to "Landstrasse" where you can change to all trains going to the airport.

Servus! We are a group of friends and locals and we share our own private home apartments where we live in Vienna. We know vienna like our trouser pocket - especially the nightlife. Sometimes we are in party mood and we will show our tenants personally the secret hotspot´s of the locals. The area of our flat with the "Naschmarkt" is a hotspot for locals in the city and we grew up here. We are doing all legal, we don't offer any special services, we pay all taxes and we are very proud to be Airbnb host´s. To respect our renting rules is an important point for us.
