This home is in a scenic location.
Large house in perfect location for Breckenridge, Baldy Mt, and Boreas pass. Access hiking, back country ski & boarding, mt/road/dirt biking, snow shoe and off roading trails. Baldy mt trailhead parking & bus stop are directly up against rear of property (tree's cover for privacy). If you ski, bike, or hike from the house to town, the bus station which is directly next to Breck Gondola is where the bus picks up and drops off for Baldy Mt trailhead (Boreas Pass bus).

5 Bedrooms 3 Full Bathrooms. 6 person outdoor hot tub. 2 person sauna. Vmax Pulser 2 (Full body vibration platform). Full size pool table, table tennis. and air hockey. 2 Fire places. 4 TVs. Water boiler (Zojirushi) for tea and pour overs. Basic coffee maker. Fully equipped kitchen. Heated floors in lower level and a 2 person shower. Fully decorated to make it feel like home. 5 parking spots on property only! 9pm noise curfew for hot tub!
