You have the entire sunlit apartment to yourself, surrounded by green lawns and a plush infinity pool feet away from the balcaõ (traditional portuguese porch).

With outdoor spaces and backyards to enjoy fresh air, the home offers ample room for WFH or to spend quality family time.
We take extreme care and precaution to ensure guests and staff encounters sanitized spaces and work hard at maintaining our cleaning and hygiene protocol. Tucked away from the buzz, the quiet village of Varca will have you ambling away time, taking leisurely walks and itching to dip into the pool at any given excuse.
At about one kms from the sea and a few feet away from the pool, you are a sun hat and a beach mat away from absolute bliss. Daily needs shops, chemists and all other essentials such as banana chips, soda, imported cheese, fresh produce and meats are easily available - a five minute drive away.
You are within a 10 min drive radius from a variety of eating options, most of whom deliver or else have dining in or pick up options.Neighbourhood is peaceful, locals are helpful and happy to help and a short dirt road separates you from the bustling neighbourhood village market and susegad mode tranquility.

After living and working in Delhi and Mumbai, am now Based in Goa with my family, and love hosting as much as I love traveling.
My husband and I have created a thriving community of like-minded individuals from all over, in the heart of South Goa and enjoy the opportunity to host visitors to our serene oasis. Our team works hard to ensure each experience is as unique as it is comfortable.

In addition to the homes, there is also expanded the experience for our guests as they can enjoy a new restaurant on property called The Cargo Kitchen which serves fresh coffee, a full breakfast, drinks and scrumptious meals, along with a Spa for making sure your time in Goa is as de-stressing as you hoped it would be.

We look forward to your visit and will probably (and hopefully) be out and about ourselves! :)

During your stay

We live 10 mins away and have a team looking into the maintenance and upkeep of the property. Since it is a residential complex, it has an onsite manager, security, pool attendant etc.
We are available on the phone or email whenever needed and have someone on site 24/7 for later check in and check outs. You will be met with by the manager upon check in and can always reach out to us before or during your stay for any help or information needed.
