The location is good. Near to the station king Cross. And 10 minutes to Tesco. The heating and decor are nice. There is not spoon or fork in the kitchen. And the washing machine is the old one, not drying. Overall , the stay is pleasant.

Aaron and he's team were very friendly, and they were helpful when any issues or questions arose. We liked the location and (although we didnt use it) the parking spot is key! There did seem to be some confusion about what was actually available at the flat. Wi-Fi was a listed amenity but it was not available when we got there. That was important to our group because we were international travelers, so it threw off our plans a bit. The kitchen was also a listed amenity, but there was only one pot to cook with so it wasnt much help. In general, Aaron and his group were nice people and the location was good. But there was a lot of confusion about what the flat actually was.

Reasonable stay at this flat next to the canal in Kings Cross - you can go feed the ducks, which is very cool! Not much to add to previous reviews - flat was a bit spartan, so functional rather than luxurious. No side lamps in the bedroom, no cushions in the living room, and limited kitchen equipment - not a saucepan to be had! No welcome pack, so make sure you take food with you. But the bed and bed linen were decent, and the flat warm and clean, with an OK shower. Location is excellent, with Kings Cross within walking distance (and it really is - you can walk along the canal). And of course there's the parking space, which is so brilliant to have if you need to bring your car - quite a rare thing in London. Also hugely appreciated the option of late check out, which made a long and very stressful day much easier - thanks!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience staying here. After flying all the way from Los Angeles and agreeing to meet at an exact time - 5 pm, we were left waiting in the cold on the street for more than a half hour. We never met Aaron. We had to call multiple times to get help getting situated and talked to Aaron and a second guy on the phone. Finally a third person came to let us in and basically blamed bad communication on Aaron. Very frustrating and badly handled. We were screamed at by another tenant as we entered who said we shouldn't be there. Literally asked us if we were "Airbnb people!" We asked about the air mattress that is advertised in the description and the lady who let us in knew nothing about it. There was only one towel - she had to leave and get another and come back with it. The apt. is not at all well stocked. I use airbnb a great deal and this is the only bad review I've ever left. Terrible service - I don't want to have to wait in the cold and deal with three people and international calls to be let in, HUGE disappointment.

Aaron's place was EXCELLENT! The building is directly on the canal and less than a 10 minute walk from King's Cross Station. Everything was clean and functioning, and I had no problem getting the keys. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The apartment is clean and the pictures are accurate. Being next to the Canal is pleasant and its a nice way to walk to Kings Cross for transportation, you feel like you are in a small town for a little while. My only dislike about the apartment is that it is on the ground floor of a fairly busy street and with the curtains open you can't have both daylight and munication with host was good. I had a late arrival but was still accommodated and met on time so thank you for that. Thank you also to Yunis, the woman who attended to me. She was kind enough to bring me an iron and was very nice in general. My only gripe about my stay was that the main switch that needs to be on in order for heat and hot water to work properly was off for some reason, resulting in me not having hot water for a shower before I left to see my client. This could have happened to anyone, it was an accident and the owner was extremely apologetic and polite. This can be avoided however by having an information sheet available in the apartment for guests explaining how things work. This is common in many airbnb places. Overall, everything was in order. A pleasant stay. Thank you.

The flat was very nice, clean and cozy, looks the same as in the photos. The canalside neighbourhood is charming and surprisingly calm while the flat is very close to the King's Cross station of the railway and multiple subway lines. Aaron communicated well, we could contact him easily and he answered our questions promptly. The only negative aspect was the second bed which is an airbed with all of the airbeds' disadvantages. But all in all I would totally recommend this flat for 2 person, we liked it very much.

Thanks Daniel. The airbed has been replaced.
