A "one of a kind" family reunion estate built in 1890 on Powers Lake. This home has 7 large Bedrooms. Once a historic B&B, the property was renovated into a unique single family home keeping all stained/leaded glass and original mill work. Amenities include 2.5 acres on 1,000 feet of water front creating a private peninsula with parking for up to 15 cars. Owner easily accessible by phone or email.
