The space
Charming studio with a private backyard for eating your breakfast or dining at night. Private entrance. Plenty of free street parking. No AC, only fans, but because it is a half basement unit, it stays relatively cool.

There is a queen-size bed setup for a relaxing night. Extra comforter and blanket for chilly or warm nights in the storage room.

The living room has a small TV with free Netflix and Hulu. The futon can be folding for an additional twin-size sleeping space.

Small kitchenette supplies with coffee maker, sink, and a small fridge. No stove so unfortunately you can not cook in the space.

The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and towels.
