Every room has a clear view of the WIDE gulf access basin (which is a rare find in Cape Coral) and big backyard where you may see dolphins, manatees, fish jumping, hawks, ospry, eagles, iguanas, and boat traffic every day. Large Bedrooms. Open Concept remodeled Kitchen with separate granite bar height counter and ALL new or almost new stainless steel appliances. My family lived there for 12+ years - it was our home. And when we moved, we left everything there exactly as it was - in other words, no cheapo "rental" furniture, beds, appliances, towels, bedding, cookware, etc. - you are truly staying at what was OUR HOME, just as it was. It's comfy and it feels like home - because it is. Bringing your boat or motorcycle?
