Jason's studio is one of those rare experiences where you stumble across a hidden gem - if you want to explore the Lockyer Valley area near Murphy's Creek (and up to Toowoomba on day trips), you would be hard placed to find a better value stay. The kids loved the adventure of "glamping", with showers, electricity, having their own bedroom - not to mention the sound that rain makes on the tin roof - and all whilst still enjoying rural farm life. Thank you for having us stay, and we will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely time at Jason's place. Lynne, Jason's mum, was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our needs. She showed our boys how to feed the peacocks and chickens and gave us lovely fresh eggs from the chooks. It's a beautiful little spot on the outskirts of Murphy's creek. It was great to kick back and let the kids run around. It was colder than we expected, but we are Victorian's so really have no idea of QLD climate! We had a fire at night which took the chill off. Definitely recommend Jason's place Thanks for having us!

A fantastic place to stay for a family. The hosts were welcoming and our children absolutely loved the interaction with the animals. A peaceful location for a lovely few days away. Thanks so much!

Real Studio was our first glamping experience. There is a fascinating and inspiring story behind its design and construction. Set in a picaresque corner of Murphy's Creek, this is a tranquil location for those seeking some R&R in the bush, adjacent to a farm. It suits a family where some prefer not to rough it. Jason and Lynne are fabulous hosts, providing very well appointed facilities and a pefect weekender. Lynne's chilli chocolates are to die for!
