Beautiful modern house 100 meters from the sea with near-private beach access without vendors.
Cozy and with a great location so you can rest and recharge with positive energy. 
When renting our house you will have a private kiosk on the beach.
We are located between Cartagena (50 min) and Barranquilla (30 min).
New house with air conditioning and hooks on all the windows.

The house has 3 rooms , an open kitchen above the living room, and a 40-square-meter terrace with its Jacuzzi pool.
