The Old Town West neighborhood is my favorite neighborhood here in Fort Collins. Our neighbors take pride in their beautiful yards & gardens. My daily dog walks around town are a constant reminder of why I love Fort Collins so much. We are located just 2 blocks from CSU campus, 5 blocks from beautiful City Park, and 6 blocks from College Avenue. We are also within walking distance of three of my favorite eateries in town too-- Lucile's for breakfast, Avogadro's Number for lunch, and Restaurant 415 for dinner.
Parking: 8 on-site parking spots are available behind the house. In the event that the parking spaces are filled, overflow parking is available at the Mulberry Pool parking lot, 1 block east
Transit: We are located 3 blocks from the MAX bus system that runs north - south through town. We also provide bikes for guests to borrow here at the Fernweh.

Hi I'm Kelsey! I am the proud owner of Fort Collins, CO's beautiful Fernweh Inn & Hostel. I love people and love learning about cultures that are very different from mine. I strive to learn as much as I can and seek new experiences and adventures as often as possible. When I'm not at the hostel working, chatting with guests, or getting my hands dirty in the garden, I try to get out into the mountains as much possible with my dog, Cash, and spend time traveling the world. Colorado is one of my favorite places on the planet, and I love to share my experiences with my guests.
We have an amazing, knowledgeable staff of 4 here at the Fernweh, all of whom may be communicating with you via Airbnb as well. Jiela is highly passionate about people, and recently returned from Korea, where she was an elementary school teacher. She loves to travel as much as possible and spend quality time with her family. Tyrus is an adventurer, climber, musician, and volunteer firefighter who loves chatting and exploring new places. Rebecca & Ash put their hearts into keeping the hostel clean, cozy, & always stocked with fresh flowers and loving touches. We strive to always provide a comfortable, friendly, and customized stay for our guests and it's our goal to give an experience that's more than what you would expect from a hostel. And if you just want to crash, we will always respect your silence & privacy!
We hope that you enjoy Fort Collins as much as we do!
