Villa Maria with private pool is located in a quiet, rural area in the village Donji Proložac near the town of Imotski. The ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with a lot of privacy. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in just half an hour. Imotski is a picturesque little town known for its unique red, blue lakes and Vrljika River. This is a unique location for nature lovers, adventure lovers and families!

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a spacious kitchen and a living room and is ideal for larger groups or families as it can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The house has a large outdoor pool with sun loungers and plenty of space for fun and outdoor recreation. Outside is a spacious terrace, a barbecue area and dining area, a children's playground and an outdoor shower.

The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
