A Treehouse Poem
A tree house, a free house,
A secret you and me house,
A high up in the leafy branches
Cozy as can be house.
A street house, a neat house,
Be sure and wipe your feet house
Is not my kind of house at all-
Let's go live in a tree house.
Chirp in the morning, when you wake up with the birds.
The treehouse was lovely and warm on a windy weekend! Everything was neat and the bed was extremely comfortable. Surrounding countryside was beautiful and all the pub and cafe recommendations were lovely!
We loved our stay in the tree house! Highly recommend the local pub The Five Pilchards for a couple of drinks!
Staying at the sparrow house was one of the best experiences of our lives. It was so cute and fun. Even when it was windy, it was still a lot of fun! We will definitely be coming back.
What an absolutely perfect place to spend a couple of days (could've spent a couple of weeks here really), the photos, amazing as they are, don't do the treehouse justice. It's a work of art. We had taken extra blankets, anticipated cold showers in fields, bought food that didn't need much cooking just in case,we couldn't have been more wrong.. This place has everything. It was warm and cosy, the cooking facilities were perfect and the shower was hotter and more powerful than the one we have at home! But the thing that really sets this place apart is the attention to detail, the fairy lights, the wood carvings, the decor in the horse box, it was an unforgettable place to stay and we really hope to be back one day.
We had been so looking forward to our stay and were NOT disappointed when we arrived!
On our first evening, we read though the comments book, one unlike any we've seen before, so creative!
We realised that Jonathon has created something so much more than a house in a tree.....its a magical and unique place to stay and we couldn't recommend it enough!
Its a space in which we have LIVED, if only for 2 nights! We've slept, dreamed, listened to the sounds of the tree, the leaves, birds, (singing AND dancing!). We've laughed, loved, sipped champagne, celebrated, nibbled delicious food, talked, heard, felt, been JOYOUS!
THANK YOU to Jonathon for the amazing time!

About the Host, Jonathan
I live on the Lizard peninsular, as I find this area one of the most inspirational in the UK. I am an artist/builder who creates spaces of light and beauty. My aim is to welcome you into a dwelling for your pleasure and relaxation. I enjoy using ideas of times passed and endeavor to achieve an ‘other worldliness’ in my work.
I spend my time in constant contemplation of the next project in mind. Other than that you can find me enjoying music and dance, or Cornish coastal walking with my partner and dog.
