-Newly renovated villa with three floors, divided into 2 separate apartments. Your apartment is on the top two floors.
- You will have 2 sets of keys at your disposal.

Accommodation:
You'll love my place for its views, its private pool, and its location close to the beach.
The house has space for 10 people.
To get the most out of your stay, you have the following at your disposal:
- A modern living room: sofa, coffee table, TV and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktops, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer and kitchen utensils.
- A spacious first bedroom: King size bed, large closet, desk.
- A second cozy bedroom with its own terrace: exit to terrace, queen size bed, large wardrobe and bathroom "en-suite"
- A third bedroom with access to terrace: queen size bed, wardrobe
- A fourth bedroom with access to the terrace: queen size bed, wardrobe
- A game room with sofa bed, coffee table, desk, computer.
- A first well-equipped bathroom: shower, toilet, towel dryer, washing machine and dryer

You can also enjoy a nice outdoor area on the ground floor - covered terrace with dining area in the north. Pool with lounge/sun beds and dining table are located on the side below your parking.

You’ll be ideally situated to fully discover the beautiful city of Marbella, the historical part but also the modern one. Indeed, the city has become a very dynamic part of the Costa del sol with its vibrant nightlife.
