Incredible Location! Recently remodeled with new appliances, counters, carpets, paint, beds! Right on the town bus route, you're one stop to the resort or town! A well maintained unit with brand new beds so everyone's comfy! The hot tub is just out side the condo for your relaxation to start or end the day! The condo has parking for 2 vehicles and is just a mile from downtown or the base of Peak 8 at the resort! Make the most of your vacation and maximize your time out and about! Note:*The fireplace was removed May 2022 to meet local guidelines, a new electric fireplace is on order and will be installed soon
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." You will be emailed a secure code for accessing the property ensuring your property is clean, sanitized beyond the CDC guidelines, and safe for your stay. All StayLTD properties are professionally deep cleaned and sanitized between guests. We also provide sanitizer under the kitchen sink for you to disinfect during your stay and before check out. The space
The condo was recently updated in 2020. All new appliances, flooring, beds, and counters in the kitchen. The condo does have it's own washer dryer in the unit too. High speed internet and basic cable is provided with smart TV's! Note:*The fireplace was removed May 2022 to meet local guidelines, a new electric fireplace is on order and will be installed soon. Well set up for long work from home stays or a weekend getaway!
The bus picks up just a 100yds away. If you miss it, you can walk to the slopes just a quick as the next bus arrives every 15min in the winter or 30 min in the summer.

I really enjoy getting to meet and greet everyone and give them a great resting place for their adventures! I equip all the properties with fun amenities like boot heaters, ski racks, etc to make it as comfy as possible.
I back-country ski almost every day in the winter, fish, mountain bike and hike 14ers all summer.
