Our home is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the best Bullhead City has to offer. Close proximity to the sights of Arizona and the fun of the river, this is sure to be your favorite spot to stay!

The space
This unit is a upper level apartment of a duplex that sits directly across from the Colorado River and less than 5 mins away from Rotary Park, a public boat launch, parking and river access lot. Our recently renovated home features two bright, spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, nestled under the shade of a native afghan pine.

Upon entering our place, you'll find yourself in the living room/dining/kitchen area. An open concept, this spot is perfect for hanging out with your friends or family. The living room features comfy seating, great natural light, and board games that can be found in the TV stand. Adjacent to that is the dining area and kitchen. In our kitchen you can find all the essentials, a single-serve coffee maker, full coffee maker and breakfast bar seating.

Just down the hallway is the shared bathroom, with complimentary toiletries, and a master bedroom. The first room has a queen sized bed and plenty of natural light. Off of the living room is a second bedroom, equipped with a full over twin bunks and closet. Living room sofa converts to queen sleeper. This apartment will sleep your group comfortably.

Outside of the unit is a upper deck space. Laundry unit in rear of the side of the building on the ground floor. This is shared with the lower unit. (Additional Fee may apply)

Located a reasonable distance from major California cities like Los Angeles and San Diego, this riverside destination is the perfect place to enjoy the best of the Colorado River. Nearby Laughlin provides ample gaming and resort amenities and between these two places you access fishing, golfing, and plenty of river shoreline perfect for water sports or sunbathing. The neighborhood surrounding our home is beautiful and quiet with plenty of other river frequenters. There is a Walmart Superstore a short distance away, so you are close to all the essentials. Our home is right off the downtown Bullhead City area. Head to Black Bear Diner for some tasty pancakes or up the Bearded Gentleman Pub to grab a pint! Chaparral Golf Country Club which is open to the public is within walking distance.
