Our home Casavistalagos welcomes you, for those looking for peace and quiet. Only a 15 min drive from the colonial town of Granada. Breakfast is included with the room. But we offer lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. Newly renovated in 2025!

The space
Large bedroom with Queen size bed and attached bathroom, breakfast included. Maximum two people. We also have a King sized room from 48-55USD depending on the season. Both rooms can be rented for 80USD in the low season or 90USD in the high season.
Guest have access to the pool and grounds only, use of the kitchen is not allowed as we are on site and can not only provide breakfast but lunch and dinner as well.

Pool and patio. Wireless Internet provided. New home gym. We also have a projector TV with a choice of hundreds of new movies, some being in 3d to watch on a 120 inch screen for a relaxing evening.
For small fees:
We rent a high-end quality tandem kayak for $25 for the whole day. We will transport it and set it up.
Laundry washer also on site $3 per load.

During your stay
We will be on-site and offering free pick-up (after 12:30 pm) and drop-off from Granada. Although breakfast is included with your stay, we also offer lunch and dinner meals and beverages here at the house at a very reasonable cost. We can also drive you into Granada to access the many restaurants or you may plan a tour with one of the many tours companies located in town for a $10 transportation cost which includes dropping you off and returning when you are ready. We offer private airport shuttles for $50. We also offer other private tours to visit many of the beautiful attractions located nearby.

Other things to note
Although we don't have A/C we are 5-10 degrees cooler than Granada . And the wind at night cools things off nicely. And you can always jump in the pool if it's really hot.

Where you’ll be

Granada, Nicaragua

Guaranteed the best sunset views over Laguna de Apoyo! This is a gated community with no homes built around the property. It's safe and very private. Beach access is approximately a 15 min walk down to the lake but may be a little difficult depending on fitness level. There is also a road to drive down to the lake but is steep and a 4x4 may be recommended. I am always happy to drive anyone down as well as my dogs running alongside :)
Please note that although the home is a short driving distance from Granada (it is actually the closest distance to Granada from anywhere on Laguna Apoyo), it is secluded and geared more to people that want to get away from the crowds and noise of Granada to relax down at the lake or sit by the pool for great R&R and some of the best views!
