Spacious, bright, airy,private house with stunning city and harbour view. Enjoying plenty of sunshine during the day and feel the breeze on the balcony in the evening.
The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people to stay. 3 bathrooms, laundry, kitchenware, 3x heat pumps and heaters for each bedrooms, TVs, Wi-Fi.
Free parking in front of the house
5-minutes drive to supermarket,local restaurants, cafe, and close to Peninsula. 5kms from the city center, along with the beautiful scenery.

Charming & Sunlit Vintage Home – Perfect for Groups of Up to 10
This four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, with the following bedding:
· 1 x king-size bed
· 2 x queen-size beds
· 2 x single beds
· 2 x single bunk beds
Bedroom & Bathroom Layout:
· Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): 1 x king-size bed, with a private ensuite bathroom.
· Bedroom 2: 1 x queen-size bed.
· Bedroom 3: 1 x queen-size bed.
· Bedroom 4: 4 x single beds (including 1 set of bunk beds).
Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has its own private ensuite. The other two bathrooms are shared between the remaining bedrooms.
There are 3 bathrooms, and a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and laundry powder provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, electric jug, and gas stove.
The house has a lovely vintage character – it's an older home, but warm, inviting, and filled with beautiful natural sunlight throughout the day.
Due to its location on a private street, the on-site parking is on the narrow road directly in front of the house, which can fit 2–3 cars.
Please note: mini vans or larger vehicles are not recommended for this space.
However, there is plenty of free street parking available nearby.

5. Please do not unplug the WiFi extender – it is essential for extending the wireless signal throughout the house.
6. Avoid using multiple high-power appliances at the same time, as this will automatically trigger the protection switch.
7. The oven needs to be reset before each use.
8. We have a private, enclosed parking lot that fits a maximum of 3 cars. Please take extra care when making a U-turn.
