Modern two bedroom, two bathroom self catering holiday apartment sleeping 4 people and located in the sought after Southbourne Area of Bournemouth and within walking distance of the sea.

Flat 3 Seabreeze is a modern apartment situated in a superb holiday location within easy reach of Southbourne’s golden beaches. The apartment is located on the first floor of this newly built block of apartments and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with accommodation comprising; stylish open plan lounge/kitchen with modern kitchen area comprising integrated fridge & freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery to make this a perfect “home form home”.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, TV, and Juliet balcony giving outlook to the rear of the property. There is a dining table seating 4 people. Good size master bedroom with King Size bed, and a beautiful en suite shower room with walk in shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a second bedroom with 2 x single beds and a further main family bathroom with bath with shower over.

The apartment is well equipped and there are plenty of facilities close by so that everything is in place for your perfect holiday.
