A comfortable double bed is located on the loft level. In the living area, two sofa beds provide additional sleeping space, making the apartment suitable for larger groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A coffee machine with capsules, kettle, and essential cooking utensils are also provided, making it easy to prepare breakfast or a home-cooked dinner.
• Bathroom
The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and equipped with a hairdryer, fresh towels, and basic toiletries.

Please note that with booking this apartment you accept our houserules:
-you will need to download an applicaton in order to get the entry details
-check-in is at 3 PM
-check-out is at 10 AM
-no partying
-no smoking
-you can't make loud noise from 10 PM to 8AM
-we provide one towel/guest (more if the reservation lasts longer than a week)
-It's forbiden to take any provided amenities from the apartment(including the towels). If the guest violates this policy they will have to pay a demage deposite, especially if what they took gets demaged.
