Functional and comfortable, this modern apartment in the riverside inner-city suburb of Southbank features an open floor plan, plush queen bed, balcony and access to the shared rooftop swimming pool. Stroll down to spacious parklands at the Shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens or explore the inner city with free trams running every 10 minutes. Back home, relax on the sofa in front of the TV or cook up a meal in the fully equipped, lime green kitchen.

The space
Whether you're spending the weekend taking in the sights of the CBD, or in the city on a business trip, or just trying to get away, this apartment is perfect for you. Desirably situated, you’ll have easy access to Melbourne's major business areas and a collection of authentic eateries from every culture.

Fully kitted with everything you need to enjoy life at home, kick back and relax in the spacious living area, complete with a comfortable couch, and flat-screen TV. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen complete to fit your culinary requirements – including a stove, oven, dishes, cutlery, and cooking basics.

Make your way out to the private balcony, read a book and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing in the comfort of our apartment and soaking in the afternoon sun, or take advantage of the pool and spa right at your disposal.

The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen mattress and topped with hotel-quality linen and towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. There is space to hang your clothes, but please note that some of the wardrobes are locked off for personal storage.

The bathroom has a generously sized shower stocked with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heating and cooling.

Please note that the intercom is currently not functioning.

Guest access
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself, with access to the shared swimming pool. Please make yourself at home!
