The main floor of this house has a private entrance and a nice, beautiful walk to the Historic Downtown Mall, near hit restaurants, arts, live music & shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen make this a great spot for 1-4 guests. Your own apartment for your Charlottesville stay! 2 outdoor porches give great spots to relax. Decorated throughout with the work of great local artists. Super-Fast WiFi, all kitchen necessities.

The space
2 queen-sized beds, a full dining room table, a nice couch, and an armchair in the living room with TV and all the channels you need -YouTube TV (included), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc available with your login. Full kitchen with all of the usual appliances. Super clean space, and we love hosting guests from all over. The fenced-in backyard just adds to the privacy. Don't cram your stay into a 1 bedroom with a sleeper couch. Enjoy the space and privacy of 2 bedrooms with plenty of room for your group!
