Perfect little hideaway. This 455 sf Cottage is in the perfect location for anyone wanting easy access to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Orlando & Disney. Complete with newly renovated bathroom, private entrance, kitchenette and more. NEW WOOD DECK (2022) and FIRE 🔥 PIT. With grill, drink refrigerator, seating and Google assistant.
Just a stones throw from the Beautiful Indian River. Take a morning stroll along the River. Or just relax and forget the world for a while.

The space
Tucked away on nearly 3/4 acres on our own Street just a hop skip and a jump to the Indian River. Great for Bird watching, dolphins, kayaking and other boating. Awesome fishing is everywhere.

On property and street parking are available. Your own gated access to the Cottage.
