Money is not refunded if the electricity, water, and/or internet service is interrupted due to breakdowns in the area. These are situations that are out of our control and we are not responsible for them. It is not very common for this to happen, but if it does happen, the companies in charge of providing these services usually repair it quickly, taking a few hours. It is not common but it can happen that the breakdowns take more than 1 day.
In the event of a power or water outage, guests have the option to check out and be reimbursed for the remaining nights. If you decide to stay, you will not be given a discount and/or refund for your stay. If you decide to stay and later decide to check out only you will be reimbursed for the remaining nights if any.
On some occasions when there is a lot of water consumption in the area or the Water Company is doing repair work and/or improvements, the water pressure can decrease affecting the amount of water that comes out in the shower, which could affect the heater of the shower since it works with the pressure of the water.
All guests staying at Ana's place have a 15% discount at Ana's Café restaurant. You just have to show the key to the studio to the person who is serving you and they will give you your discount.

2. Noise potential. The apartment is located in a residential-tourist area and on some days it can be popular with tourists and locals. Some days you can hear some noise, people, pets, cars, and/or music. Guests release us / hosts/co-hosts/owners from any responsibility for sounds and noises that may come from outside the property and may be heard inside the house.
2. No Parking on the property. Street Free Parking.
3. Guests release us/hosts/co-hosts/owners from any accident, incident, injury, damage, harm, death, or theft that may occur to them or their belongings inside or outside the house and/or inside or outside the property. whole.
4. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM. Loud noise and/or music cannot be made after 10:00 pm that may disturb other guests or neighbors. This includes adult talk, laughter, and adult noise. Be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
5. Keep the air conditioning and lights off when no one is in the apartment.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

9. No illegal activity is allowed.
10. Any damage to the property or furnishings in excess of the deposit amount will be charged to the guest and reported to Airbnb. It will be the responsibility of the guest to pay for that difference for any damage, service incurred by the host, or theft of property or furniture of the apartment and/or property.
11. There is only a water heater in the bathroom shower. The shower water heater works/turns on with the water pressure. If the water pressure drops in the area, the heater may not work properly. In these situations we are not responsible for this since the water pressure that reaches the house is controlled by the Puerto Rico Water Company, A.A.A. Guests release us from this responsibility if this happens and no discount will be given if this situation occurs. Remember that natural resources are valuable and limited, help us conserve them.
12. Low water pressure. On some occasions when there is a lot of water consumption in the area or the Water Company is doing repair work and/or improvements, the water pressure can drop affecting the amount of water in the shower and the shower heater as it works with pressurized water.
13. If guests decide not to follow our rules described here and in the "listing", and this results in a refund or discount for the next guest or another current guest or the host or co-host has to ask you to leave the studio/property, you will be responsible for any loss of income by the host and/or co-host.
14. If you lose the apartment key, you will be charged a $30.00 lost key fee for each time you lose your key. If you damage the lock or if we understand that everyone's safety (once the key is lost) we have to change the studio/apartment doors and/or the lock and/or padlock of the entrance gate to thebuilding, you will be charged a $30.00 for the loss of the key plus the cost of the new locks and/or padlocks and their installation.
