Location, location, location! This 1-bedroom South Beach apartment is located right on the beach in the heart of all the action! You will literally be just steps away from all the best restaurants and bars! And, if the beach isn't your scene, then you can just hang out by the pool right on the property. Ocean Drive’s stunning Art Deco architecture as well as Lummus Park, are right out your front door!

The space
The bedroom has air-conditioning, a king-sized bed, a closet with hangers, TV with local cable, ceiling fan, floor fan, dresser with drawers, iron with small ironing board, and two standing shelving units for clothes or whatever. The bathroom is small but has a shower and tub plus places to put all your stuff, as well as a hair dryer. The living room has air-conditioning, a TV and a couch that folds down flat into a bed. There's also a fold-out foam mattress to put on top of the couch for more comfort or you can lay it on the floor. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans you will need to cook as well as a coffee maker, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There's also a dining area with a table and three chairs. You will find a phone app operated washer and dryer in the hallway on every floor. For the beach there’s beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels!

Paid meter parking is available on the street in front of the building. There's also a paid long-term lot just 1 block north on Ocean Drive (424 Ocean Dr Parking)

Just FYI - The apartment is kind of small, just 410 sqft, and it can get noisy from people partying late into the night. South Beach isn’t for everybody.

Although the apartment is listed as kid-friendly, it has not been child-proofed, so please be aware of this and understand any related risks.

The apartment is located on the 3rd block of Ocean Drive in an exclusive neighborhood called SOFI (South of Fifth). All the nightlife, bars and restaurants are just 2 blocks north on Ocean Drive. The massive Lummus Park is also just 2 blocks north and there's a smaller park just 1 block south. There's a Starbucks 1 block south, a very small grocery store called La Playa Market 1 block west, and a great breakfast place called Big Pink 2 blocks away. The closest place to buy alcohol is the CVS which is 3 blocks away.
