Great location for local Lake Erie beaches, fishing, and wineries. Outdoor lovers will enjoy The Dunkirk Pier, Point Gratiot, Wright Park Beach, Van Buren Bay, and Canadaway Creek, and The Barker Common Park.

Walking distance to Fredonia State, 30 minutes to Chautauqua, hours drive to Erie PA, Buffalo NY or Niagara Falls.
