PLEASE NOTE: You can use Tower 2 and Tower 3 swimming pool during weekends and holidays but Tower 1 Lap pool is exclusive only for the unit owners as per admin rules.
* Please inform us if you wish to use the swimming pool during Saturdays and Sundays, as we are going to register you and purchase vouchers in advance since the condo admin is half day during Saturday and closed during Sundays.
* Gym is exclusive only for the unit owners
* Parking is available with a fee of 50pesos first 4 hour plus 10pesos per succeeding hour

Other things to note
* Submit/scanned passport or any Government ID before check-in to facilitate an easy check-in process for you.
* Visitors of our guest is only allowed at the lobby as per admin rules and the receptionist would not allow them to go at the unit since they are only following the said imposed policy.
* Swimming pool rate:
Adult and 3 yrs. old above- ₱150 per person/ day
Children 2 years old and below- ₱100 per person/ day
Maximum 4 guest per unit
Time: 6 AM to 10 PM- Adults
6 AM to 6 PM - Children
Grass Residences Tower 4 & 5 Swimming Pool- Closed on Monday for Cleaning Maintenance, however you can use Tower 1 to 3 Swimming pool, you may ask guards on duty.
Payment shall be made at the condo admin from 9:00am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm during Saturdays. Inform us for those guests plans to swim on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for us to register you at the admin in advance. Please note that pool fee is non-refundable.
- Gym is exclusive only for the unit owners
* We can’t provide Guest Authorization for those guests who booked after admin office hours. However, our staff will personally assist and welcome you, just give them a time to travel.
* If ever our Netflix Account need an update and if it is not logged in, please message us and we will guide you. We use 5 profiles in 1 account to accommodate our other guests. For uninterrupted watching, please feel free to use your own Netflix account.
* Pay parking is available at Grass Residences first come first serve basis.
Rate:
Covered parking;
₱60 first 2 hrs. plus ₱20 every succeeding hrs.
Open parking;
₱60 first 4 hrs. plus ₱20 every succeeding hrs.
Motorcycle
Flat rate- ₱45 per entry (24 hrs.)
* Please bring your trash at the garbage room located at the Fire exit
* We ask for your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and AC when you leave the unit
* cleaning fee applies before your check-in, we are not accepting cleaning service as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons
* for our guest that has Guest Authorization, please inform us if you can't make it at Standard check in time, for us to give you a self check in instructions.
* One time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels according to number of confirmed guests.
* additional cost after two (2) guests for utilities, towel & toiletries
* hanging of clothes at the balcony are strictly prohibited

* Smoking or vape is not allowed at the unit and within the premises, penalty applies.
* It would be much appreciated if you maintain our place clean and in good condition
