Just 5-10 minutes of walking brings you to the excitement of beach life! Our studio condo comes with 1 free parking space, 2 queen beds, balcony, kitchenette supplied with more than just the basics, bathroom has tub, shower & private changing area. Free WIFI, TV with basic cable, gated pool, backyard, BBQ grill, bike rack, laundry center on 4th floor with washers & dryers. There's a pier for fishing or just relaxing.

It is a very family-oriented beach with soft, clean white sand, easy access to public restrooms, changing stations & outside showers to wash off the sand.

You will see dolphins from our yard while they look for their breakfast & dinner around sunrise & sunset under our pier & in the intracoastal waterway. We have a beautiful view of the boats at the Clearwater Yacht Club next door. You can watch sailboats, yachts, a Pirate Ship, Dinner Cruise boats, Dolphin Encounter boats among many others in our waters, right from our pier or from your 3rd floor balcony.

We have tropical birds landing in our yard, diving or floating in the water. Egrets (white, brown, grey), Herons (white, grey/blue, tri-colored), Pelicans (white or brown), Scrub Jays (similar to Blue-Jays), Ospreys, White Ibis, Cranes, Oyster Catchers, Skimmers, then of course the Noisy-Loud-Colorful-Wild-Green Parrots!
