Hello and welcome to Park Place! The park is your backyard. Enjoy!
The space was renovated in 2018 into a private studio apartment with a private bathroom, dedicated water heater, washer and dryer, and full kitchen.

Other things to note
We live upstairs please let us know if we need to keep it down. The door directly outside the bathroom is to the stairway to our living area. This door should not be opened as there is insulation there that may fall in.
Unless it gets colder than 20° below the mini split should keep you warm. The baseboard in the kitchen can be used if we get below 20°F as the mini split becomes less efficient.
We have left as many cleaning supplies as we could think of, if you need something else to help you keep your house clean let us know.
There are plain cotton sheets in the bench if you don’t care for flannel. There is a key for the front door and a mail key. The mailbox is number nine. We have been known to forget to get the mail for days on end. :) If we get yours we will sit it on the chair outside the door and you can leave ours in the entryway if you want.
The sofa is a hide-a-bed so you can have company over if someone is visiting. Please no dogs though as ZuZu will tear the house down trying to get to them.
Please wipe the flange in the washer with paper towels and leave the door slightly opened on it or your laundry will start to smell bad. Please empty the lint filter on the dryer before every load.
If we get an unusual amount of moisture we may need to access to the basement to check on the sump pump.

I enjoy food and friends, good books and smart tv, long baths and short walks. ZuZu is my dog and my mom is my best friend. I crochet poorly but constantly and don’t cook at all. I speak almost pedestrian French and very little Mongolian.
