In our apartment you will feel at home, the comfort of a residential area with an excellent location. The location is privileged, 5 minutes from the central bus by car, walking you are 15 minutes from the historic center, you have different commercial squares within walking distance. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay that you can enjoy the city without sacrificing a quiet and safe space to rest, this is your best choice.

The space
A complete and private apartment with two bedrooms for four people.

We are 10 minutes from the bus station ( $30 in Uber), 100 meters away you go to the Bernardo Quintana Blvd, you walk to the arches and from there to the famous and colonial historic center of the city.

The apartment has a kitchenette and dining room, we have Soriana very close so you can buy food during your stay.

The issue will be that you will want to stay and we are happy to host you as many times as you wish.

Guest access
It has a separate entrance and a private access to the apartment.

It has a small stone garden where you can go out to enjoy the sunset.

Other things to note
If you arrive by car we do not have parking but they can be parked at the entrance of the building without problem, the colony is safe (we only recommend that you do not leave items in sight).

We carefully ask to respect the 12pm checkout time. We give you flexibility to checkin earlier or store luggage as long as you let us know in advance.
